Maintenance (Mortar Pump and Concrete Pump)Necessary steps for tube and pipe cleaning

1. Prepare water and sponge.
2. Fill hopper with flowing water.
3. With the engine running, insert sponge into hopper to be flowed through the inner tube. During the engine running, insert sponge into hopper so that it can flow through the inner tube.
4. Sponge will follow the flow of water, while pushing existing excess materials in the pipe, out of the pipe.
5. Sponge will follow the flow of water with pushing the remaining materials in the pipe. Let them out of pipe that way.
   5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 two or three times until the inner tube has been cleaned. Repeat the “step 3.” and “step 4.” for two or three time at least until the inner tube is completely cleaned.
